I am a Japanese married to Romanian since 2003. My work, during the last years, was JOCV Coordinator at Japan International Cooperation Agency. I have a nursing license and a university degree in Business Economics.

Education
Seinan Jo Gakuin Senior High School from 1987 to 1990; 
Three-year college of nursing diploma program in Hiroshima (1990 to 1993);
Five-year studies in Canada: English course and University (1996 to 2001);
Honors in Business Economics from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001.
Marriage 
On May 17th, 2003 I married Razvan Ion Preda, a Romanian IT expert, and researcher with a university degree in Organic Chemical Technology and a Ph.D. in Applied Physical Chemistry.
Work Experience
Registered Nurse in Fukuokaken Saisekai Yahata General Hospital from 1993 to 1996;
Clinical Research Coordinator in Neues Co. Ltd. from 2002 to 2003
Accounting Support Staff in Japan International Cooperation Agency Office in Romania (2004 to 2009)
JOCV Coordinator in different countries between 2009 and 2021
JICA Experience
I started to work in Romania JICA Office as Accounting Support Staff one year after I married and passed the interview for becoming a Coordinator in Bhutan after the JICA office in Romania closed. I signed contracts and extensions every 2-3 years between 2009 and 2021, working in Bhutan, Palau, St. Lucia, and Zambia, where I was appreciated by the JICA Representatives who also gave me excellent letters of recommendation.
